Can I make changes to my flight?

Yes, Change fees shall apply.


Can I get a refund on products and services I paid for but wasn’t able to use?

Yes, consideration is given on a case by case basis.


How long does it take to get a confirmation email of my ticket?

Within 12 hours.


Can I change the name on a ticket?

There is no ticket system. You will receive a charter email confirmation number, however, the names on the group charter can be changed at no charge.


My journey has been canceled due to bad weather conditions. Can I get a refund?

A credit note for equal value shall be issued for 1 year.


Do I have to pay to bring a carry-on bag?

St. Maarten Airways do not charge for any Carry-on bag.


Will I be charged a fee to change my reservation? 

It depends on the proximity to the travel date.

Where do I purchase my ticket?

There is no ticket system, charter request are confirmed via email/confirmation number. To request a charter send an email to charters@fly-sxmairways.com.
